So it's Sunday and we started our day with a good by breakfast with Shane's folks at Ihop. Starting packing up as soon as we got back (after running a few last minute errands). We were packed up and ready to head out.
It was about 1pm when we left and we had 3 hour drive to our first stop, and this was my view for the trip!! The back of our home rolling down the road! :)
Jemma was saying "are we there yet?" She was great the whole drive, just napped out in her bed, getting up to look out the windows when we got off the highway.
3 hours on the road and we made it with no problems whatsoever!! found the campground easily, got a pick of campsites, chose a nice one, it was a little tight getting around the loop but we made it no problems. We then started our unhitch and set up routine (which we are still fine tuning :)), everything traveled well in the camper, and it took us no time at all to get all set up
After setting up, we took a short walk around our campground loop, to check out the bath house and the other sites, and to stretch Jemma's legs. Then we came back and made dinner on the grill, after dinner we showered and finished the evening off with a campfire and a glass of wine to celebrate our first night out!!
